Terms & Conditions – KL Leathers

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms, which constitute a legal agreement between you and KL Leathers.

KL Leathers uses secure technologies including SSL encryption to ensure safe online transactions. Customers are required to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders. All customer information is treated with strict confidentiality.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Amendments in Services or Prices

Prices of products are subject to change without prior notice. All products listed on the website are subject to availability at the time of order.

KL Leathers reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

Deliveries (Pakistan Only)

We aim to deliver all orders within 3–7 working days across Pakistan.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

Please ensure the exact amount is paid at the time of delivery
Personalized orders are not applicable on COD

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refund & Exchange Policy

KL Leathers strictly follows a No Refund Policy.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

However, exchange requests may be considered under the following conditions:

Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice)
Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact
Personalized items are not eligible for exchange
Exchange is only applicable for orders paid via online payment methods

Exchange Terms:

If the new item is of lower value, the difference will not be refunded
If the new item is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference

KL Leathers reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request after inspection.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

KL Leathers reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

Incomplete or incorrect information
No response from customer
Duplicate orders
Currency

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only.

Color Variation

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However:

Leather is a natural material, so slight variations may occur
Colors may vary slightly due to different screen displays
